RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return through your account.


How to Request a Return

All returns must be requested through your original Shopify order.
Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.


UK Returns

  • UK returns are charged at £4.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid Royal Mail 48 label.

  • Parcels can be dropped off at your local Royal Mail location or Post Office.

  • We recommend returning your item in the original cardboard box, securely sealed with tape. If the original packaging is damaged, please use suitable and secure alternative packaging.


International Returns

  • International returns must also be requested through your Shopify order.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and covering all associated costs.

  • A tracked service and proof of postage are required.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be requested and sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be tried on with care. Returns showing signs of wear (including makeup, tan, odour, or perfume) may be rejected and returned to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items, including made-to-order Mongolian fur coats and scarves

  • Sale items marked as final sale

  • Any item returned in a condition unsuitable for resale


Important Information

  • We do not provide return forms. All returns are managed through your online account.

  • We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be rejected.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days of receiving your return.

  • Once processed, please allow 2-5  working days for your bank to complete the refund.

  • PayPal refunds are typically processed instantly.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, this must be requested through your original order via your account.

Once your exchange request has been approved, a prepaid Royal Mail return label will be provided.

Your item will be returned to us via Royal Mail 48 (typically 2–3 working days). Once received and approved, your exchange will be processed and the replacement item will be dispatched using the same Royal Mail 48 service.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in line with our Returns Policy.


Faulty Items
